What personal data we process and for what purposes?
In order to meet your expectations and ensure the best experience on our site, we analyse your behaviour during visits to the website. To this end, we use certain tools (cookies and a tracker), which monitor the behaviour of website visitors, we manage your automatically generated data. For how long do we process your personal data?
Since cookies and the tracker belong to a third party, the data they collect is stored for a period of time determined by Google Analytics. Processing of your personal data on our site is limited to the time of browsing, it is subsequently processed by a third party. Google Analytics is the only third party to which the visitor data collected on your site by these technical means are disclosed.
As a personal data subject, you have following rights:
- The right to access your personal data. You have the right to obtain confirmation from us, whether we process personal data relating to you. When we process your personal data, you have the right of access the personal data processed, together with certain additional information. However, please be advised, that in certain cases you will not be able to exercise this right because of the exceptions that apply. These exceptions include cases where processing of personal data is necessary in order to: (i) exercise the right to freedom of expression and information; (ii) comply with our legal obligations; or (iii) to assert, enforce, or defend legal claims.
- The right to limit the processing of data. - The right to object to the processing of your personal data by us for reasons related to your particular situation, but only to the extent that we use the data for purposes of public interest or for the legitimate interests of us or a third party. If you do not consent, we will suspend the processing of your personal data unless we can prove that the data are being processed for compellingly legitimate reasons, overriding your interests, rights and freedoms, or for the purpose of asserting, enforcing or defending legal claims.
- The right to object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes (including profiling for direct marketing purposes). If you do not agree, we will suspend the processing of your personal data for this purpose.
